Jaime Raúl Molina has a Bachelor of Law and Political Science from the University of Panama (1998), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of Bristol, England (2000). Mr. Molina has held positions in both the private and public sectors. He has practiced law since 1998. From 2000 through 2004, he the Fiduciary Officer at the Panama Branch of Dresdner Bank (Panama Branch). Thereafter, he was an advisor to the Director of Public Policy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance until 2008. Since 2008 Mr. Molina founded the legal practice that in time became Molina y Asociados.
Mr. Molina has also acted as a consultant in several areas, usually related to Economic Analysis of Law.

Community work: Mr. Molina is a founding member of Fundación Libertad (Liberty Foundation). He was a member of the board between 2003 and 2008. He is also a member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (Asociación Panameña de Ejecutivos de Empresa – APEDE). He has published more than a hundred articles about Economics, Law and Public Policies, in newspapers and magazines in Panama and other countries.
